Site Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor:

1. Carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a construction site.
2. Train skills for both carpenters and rebar workers.
3. Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site, including periodic site inspections and attending meetings during the course of the construction project.
4. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
5. Oversee daily operations at the site, directing and supervising day-to-day operations of sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to common operational procedures.
6. Ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required and effectively implement the work safety program.
7. Liaise with the sub-contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the related field for this position.
2. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
