Site Supervisor

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
2. Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and coordination of M&E works.
3. Review all M&E shop drawings from the design team and submit to the consultant.
4. Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
5. Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6. Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines.
7. Read relevant approved drawings and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues.
8. Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into precise technical drawings.
9. Maintain and update project drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Ensure that drawings align with local building codes and regulations.
11. Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary.
12. Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
13. Supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house workers.
14. Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
15. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
16. Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
17. Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
18. Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instructions accordingly.
19. Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Requirements

1. At least more than 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Experience in Structural Steel will be advantageous, as well as in Interior & M&E Construction.
3. Possession of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
4. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Good written and spoken English.
