SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR

1. To provide site support to the Operations Manager & Coordinator.
2. To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc.
3. To effectively handle customer’s direct complaints and feedback to prevent escalation.
4. To assist in the preparation of daily and weekly programs for asphalt laying works.
5. To closely coordinate and supervise the progress of works, ensuring timely and safe completion while fully complying with customer needs.
6. To perform site measurements, maintain records, and submit data to the Operations Manager/Admin for billing.
7. To update daily work done for all jobs.
8. To lead the team in performing housekeeping on site after each job is completed.
9. To ensure compliance with ISO requirements and EHS standards.
10. To be responsible for any other duties assigned by management as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

1. Preferred Certificate in Pavement Construction and Engineering recognized by PE Board (optional).
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the general construction-related industry.
3. Prefer to have a Class 3 driving license.
