Site Supervisor

Job Description

Working at Construction Site as Site Supervisor.

1. Arrange workers to complete construction works daily. Ensure works go on smoothly and ensure no workers are idling.
2. Coordinate with Main-con; clarify with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machinery, etc.
3. Attend all site meetings on behalf of the company.

Requirements

1. 5 years of experience working at a construction site as a Subcon Site Supervisor or in charge person.
2. Well-versed in RC works throughout the whole process, including rebar works, formwork, and concreting.
3. Good knowledge of labor production rates for RC works.
4. Good communication skills required.
5. Strong leadership required.
