Site Supervisor

1. Willing to work on construction projects that may require long hours.

2. Must work on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays if required.

3. Conduct site work and attend inspections with the RTO.

4. Supervise the performance of site crews and subcontractors.

5. Plan worker schedules, control costs, and implement safety, health, and environmental measures for the projects. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

6. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule, quality requirements, and safety policy.

7. Possess good communication skills and leadership qualities to supervise workers.
