Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling the workers and ensuring instructions are carried out properly.
• Attending site meetings.
• Monitoring and keeping track of the site work progress to ensure the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
• Maintaining proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinating communication among team members, customers, and contractors to ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings/specifications.
• Providing on-site solutions during supervision work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervising position.
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawings.
• Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Certificate, Managing Work at Height certification, and a Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate and liaise with people at all levels.
• Able to work under tight schedules.
• Hard-working and keen to learn.
• Team player and also able to work independently.
