Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

1. Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
2. Read and interpret prints and drawings
3. Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers
4. Plan and deliver toolbox talks
5. Implement and enforce safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
6. Maintain project production records on equipment, materials and staffing
7. Control material wastes, down time, rework and wait time
8. Conduct inspection of building works and document inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO
9. Coordinate with RE/RTO and Subcontractors on project matters
10. Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
11. Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations
12. Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance
13. Coach and guide workers
14. Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time
