Job Title: Site Project Manager (Renovation)

Location: Work on Site

Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8.30am-5.30pm (work on site)

Salary: $5000-$7500

Benefits: AL from 14 days, AWS

Job Description:

• Oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Meet clients, agents, and business partners for new opportunities.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and take measurements.
• Prepare tender documents, permits, and project-related paperwork.
• Plan and manage timelines, objectives, and execution methods.
• Track project progress, improve efficiency, and control costs.
• Supervise construction teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and workmanship are met.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architects/Building or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in renovation and construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good technical knowledge in handling renovation and construction projects from end to end.
• Able to work independently and adapt to the changing environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors.
