This role will report directly to the Senior Key Account Manager at the site for day-to-day operational support, ensuring alignment with site-specific needs and objectives. Additionally, the Operations Director at the Head Office will provide oversight for corporate compliance and strategic direction, ensuring that the role aligns with broader company policies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Liaison Between Site and Corporate Office:
Serve as the main point of contact between the site team and corporate departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of both operational needs and corporate policies.
Provide insight into how corporate standards can be applied effectively at the site level, helping to align business objectives with operational practices.
Management of Service Contracts:
Take the lead in managing a portfolio of specialist contracts for the site, ensuring they are aligned with corporate guidelines and operational needs.
Oversee contract renewals, ensuring compliance with company standards and site-specific requirements.
Operational Process Support:
Support the site team in implementing corporate policies, offering practical solutions to ensure smooth operations while staying aligned with corporate requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Monitor service provider performance and site operations to ensure compliance with established standards and manage any potential risks.
Develop solutions to address compliance issues, ensuring operational practices are in line with company policies and best practices.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Mentor and guide the site team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed while adhering to company standards.
Provide training on relevant policies, offering support for continuous improvement at the site level.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Foster strong working relationships between the site and corporate teams, promoting collaboration to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Gather feedback from the site and corporate teams to help refine processes and policies for better alignment with operational needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in contract management, operational compliance, or a related field.
Experience managing service agreements, compliance, and aligning operational requirements with corporate guidelines.
Proven ability to work across teams and communicate effectively with both site-level and corporate stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with a practical approach to applying corporate policies in real-world operations.
