Site Manager Cum Rebar Scheduler

Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.

1. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
2. Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
3. Liaise with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
4. Effectively applies safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards.
5. Able to prepare rebar bending schedule for projects.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years' construction experience in project/site management in the construction industry.
2. Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
