Site Manager

Descriptions:

1. Report to the Project Manager
2. Overall in charge of site coordination.
3. Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
4. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
5. Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
6. Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
7. Control and monitor work progress and resources.
8. Monitor and control material wastage.
9. In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
10. Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
11. Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
12. Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.
13. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.

Requirements:

1. Min 6-7 years of experience in site management role preferably in Construction.
2. Degree in Engineering or any construction related studies.
