Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision, and documentation.
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
• Ensure safety regulations are complied with.

Requirements:

• Must possess BCSS certificate.
• Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) construction background; precast construction is a plus.
• 5+ years of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) site supervision experience.
• Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities.
• Structural or civil engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics associated with the mechanical and structural trades.
• Computer literacy with significant experience in Excel, Word, and other computer-based tools.
• Knowledge of Navisworks or any BIM software would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
