Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively apply safe and economical methodology and enforce project standards

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
