Site Engineer ( Waterfront Project )- Night Shift

JOB SUMMARY:
Liaise with authorities, client, and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirements.
Liaise with engineer and foreman to execute the work as per planning for the project.
Carry out the inspection with RTO/RE as per specification and approved design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

1. Supervise and coordinate with the subcontractors for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work.
2. Supervise the civil & structure work such as Excavation work (open cut and deep), Rock Blasting, Bored Piling work, Sheet piling work, Strutting work, Ground Improvement work, RC and Steel Structure work, Road work.
3. Coordinate closely with M&E and Architectural work related to structure work.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
Dynamic, positive, and forward-thinking personality. Good work integrity, follows instruction, and works cohesively with the site team.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent at reading and understanding construction plans and drawings. Experience 3-5 years preferably in Hotel Projects.

MAJOR STUDY/SPECIALIST (EDUCATION):
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Structural/Architecture or related disciplines, preferably from a recognized university accredited with PEB Singapore.
