Site Engineer (Singaporean/PR only)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Site Engineer to join our growing team. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising construction activities on site to meet project timelines and specifications
• Monitoring and managing health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the construction process
• Liaising with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise workflow
• Conducting site inspections, documenting progress, and reporting to senior management
• Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team
• Ensuring all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Degree or above in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in residential or landed housing projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead site-based construction activities
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
• Permanent Resident or Singaporean Only
