Site Engineer (MRT Project)

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of site activities.
• Provide logistical support (site utilisation) as requested by sub-contractors.
• Act as the liaison for coordination of different trades within the same discipline.
• Responsible for all on-site engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and address client queries to ensure timely work arrangements.
• Involve in day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with schedule and local authorities’ quality standards.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Design/Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering/Building Construction or equivalent qualification.
• Experience/knowledge in Bridge Construction, Crosshead, Lifting Frame, Launching Gantry Operation, Pre-cast Segment Method, MRT, or LTA is an advantage.
• Availability for night shifts: Candidates must be able to work during night shifts.
• More than 3 years of site experience in the construction sector, preferably in superstructure crosshead, precast segmental bridge, and launching gantry operation or similar.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• BCSS Certificate.
