Site Engineer (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and specifications.
2. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
3. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety assessments.
4. Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
5. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
6. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers and supervisors.
7. Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building regulations, safety codes, and project standards.
8. Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction engineering or site supervision.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiarity with Singapore’s construction laws, safety regulations, and project management standards.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software is an advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
