LTA Project

Min 1 Year of Experience in LTA / Construction Sites

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Handling technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensuring progress according to schedule, maintaining quality standards, carrying out site inspections, and resolving technical issues on time.
• Prepare reports and method statements whenever necessary.
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or recognized degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site / LTA projects.
