Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
3. Ensure site works are executed according to approved detail drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
4. Conduct regular inspections and assess work performance done by all subcontractors.
5. Manage project stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team, and other relevant parties, and coordinate with subcontractors.
6. Ensure site material availability and proper material handling system by coordinating with the supplier.
7. Maintain daily reports, weekly reports, and order materials.
8. Oversee site progress and resolve technical issues with subcontractors.
9. Prepare and check bar bending schedules and rebar assembling works.
10. Oversee the progress of work on site as scheduled and ensure that the project runs smoothly and that all specifications are followed according to the planned schedule.

Experience

1. 2 years’ experience in construction management on the installation for mechanical & electrical turnkey projects.
2. Experience in managing direct workers and subcontractors.

Qualification

1. Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
