Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth project delivery
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any challenges or delays
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ Project Director.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in the construction industry
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
