Roles

• Manage and ensure project meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines, and strategy required by Consultant/Owner with compliance to Workplace Safety Health (WSH) and prevent any Liquidated Damage (LD) imposed by Consultant/Owner.
• Maintain proper execution documentation and minutes of meeting to avoid claims and counter claims for delays or proof for extension of time.
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with various parties at site to foster good client ties.
• Ensure installation team and sub-contractors perform and comply with predefined quality scope of work and EHS standards.
• Communicate with Main Contractor/Consultant/Owner regarding project schedule and site facilities while managing customer changes throughout the project and ensuring deviations are commercially addressed, maintaining configured documents at all times.
• Conduct bi-weekly project meetings with supervisor and provide feedback on respective site issues and the progress of the projects.
• Assist General Manager and work closely with other departments, namely purchasing, quality control (QC), and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) in promoting effective outsourcing and sub-contracting.
• Review and approve WSH documents including Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan, Lifting Plan, Safety Management System, Permit to Work, and ensure the work is carried out safely.
• Comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting customers, suppliers, and contractors supplying and serving the departments.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in site management including 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Working experience in a diverse cultural environment.
• Quality management system (QMS) fundamental knowledge & experience.
