Check inward/outward remittance and update the status to the company.
Manage office supplies such as Personal Protective Equipment.
Support setting up IT devices for technical advisors/supervisors with guidance from the company's IT Department.
Assist in coordination with construction partners.
Organize and manage drawings at the site office.
Organize and manage miscellaneous documents on site such as additional construction instructions, time sheets, daily work reports, procurement requisitions, etc.
Support organizing and managing installation records, witness test time management, etc. (Assist with on-site QAQC work in terms of document control.)
Requirements
Candidate must have at least 2 years of administration experience in both Project Admin and Document Control.
Experience from projects in construction preferred.
