Provide strong logistics services (e.g., canteen service, vehicle arrangement, office housekeeping, visa application).
Manage workshop, training, conference, and business meeting organization.
Help new employees understand benefits, systems, and roles.
Control temporary employment and services (external cleaning services and production services).
Manage general affairs such as working clothes purchasing orders, laundry service, mineral water, complex copy machines, and other supplies.
Support managers in Human Resources management.
Follow up on people engagement programs.
Manage overtime records, reports, and analysis monthly.
Manage monthly closing of temporary wages, meal allowances, and subsidies.
Liaise with site manager to deploy standards and policies.
Liaise with Singapore regional HQ for HR-related issues.
Contribute to the site's achievement of company Health, Safety & Environment and Quality standards (e.g., ISO) and manage associated risks in admin functions in the office area.
Active participation in QHSE-related activities/events (e.g., HSE day, any related training or courses).
Requirements
Familiarity with QHSE Management systems.
Team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
