Singaporean ONLY Procurement Executive (West/Metal Manufacturing Experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Needs: Determining what goods, services, or works are required by the company.
2. Supplier Research: Evaluating potential suppliers for quality, reliability, and pricing.
3. Negotiating Contracts: Ensuring the best deals with suppliers.
4. Managing Orders: Preparing and managing purchase orders in line with the company’s needs and budget.
5. Monitoring Deliveries: Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
6. Supplier Relationships: Maintaining relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and compliance with contracts.

Requirements:

• Only open for Singaporeans
• Minimum Diploma or higher
• Experience in Sourcing and Price negotiations of manufacturing materials with vendors/subcontractors
• Minimum 6 years purchasing in a metal manufacturing industry to be shortlisted
• Basic understanding in ERP/MRP/SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Purchasing & Negotiation skills.
• Analytical mind. Initiative, honest, meticulous, team player and positive.
