Coordinate and handle daily Sea Freight Import Export shipments.
Ensure customer requirements are met and documentation is accurate and precise.
Resolve shipment issues.
Communicate with customers, shipping lines, co-loaders, transport team, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth pickup/delivery of the shipments.
Manage documentation flow such as bills of lading, certificates, licenses, permits, etc.
Prepare billing, ensure relevant charges are billed correctly to customers, prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costings, close all shipment files, and file documents.
Any other task assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have experience in sea freight import/export shipping documentation, cross trade shipments, and permit declaration. Good understanding of carriers, contractors, and shipping procedures.
Preferred experience with shipping procedures and operational workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and operational tasks.
