Singaporean ONLY Accounting Officer (Degree/SAP/LCCI Level 3 Diploma/West)

Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management:
   • Update daily cashbook & monitor bank balances
   • Prepare cash flow projection & arrange for FD, forex etc
   • Letter of Guarantee application
   • Main contact for Bankers
   • Monthly bank reconciliation
2. Accounts Payable:
   • Perform SAP good receiving
   • Prepare ad-hoc Giro and TT payment and posting to SAP
3. Accounts Receivable:
   • Prepare invoice (back charge, loan interest etc) and SAP entry
   • Monitoring overdue accounts receivable balances
4. Month-End Closing:
   • Prepare and journal entries to SAP
   • Month-end financial closing and reporting
   • Financial analysis of fluctuation in reporting
5. GST Reporting:
   • Communicating with other departments for GST-related reporting and check
   • Checking and compiling the GST report
   • Assist in Assisted Compliance Assurance Program (ACAP) renewal and audits
6. Tax Filing:
   • Expatriate income tax preparation and filing
   • Withholding tax preparation and filing
   • Prepare corporate tax data for filing

Requirements:

1. Singaporean only
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or LCCI qualification Level 3 Diploma
3. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience utilizing SAP for accounts payable, receivable, and month-end closing processes
4. System knowledge: SAP
5. Time management skills
