Job Description -
Implement sales strategy, achieve KPIs, involving Smartphone, tablet, AIOT GMV target, profit, stock turnover, market share, and growth rate.
Responsible for the internal and external communication and coordination of SG E-commerce, including channel management and E-commerce platforms.
Managing all E-commerce channels, covering budget, on-site and offsite marketing, order fulfillment, after-sales problem, data collecting, and campaign analysis.
Work closely with E-com platforms to optimize sales and promotional campaigns to boost sales of Xiaomi E-commerce business.
Job Requirements -
Proficient in either English or Chinese is a must.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce on categories in any of mobile and gadgets, electronics, or home appliances; overseas markets exploring experience preferred.
Agile thinking, strong communication skills, proactive work and collaboration across departments, willingness to accept challenges, and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
Familiarity with SEA E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop) is preferable.
A degree in business management or project management is preferable.
