Singapore Based ETRM Sales Manager - 150-200k SGD + 100% OTE
Global and rapidly growing ETRM software house (headquartered out of Houston) with about 100 employees globally, who provide an end-to-end Risk Management, Compliance, Data Management Regulatory Reporting, Transaction Surveillance etc. services to their Energy Trading clients, seek an ETRM Sales Manager to lead all their new business sales (75% of role) and existing client upselling (25% of role) in Singapore and across the APAC Region.
My client is not a core ETRM software house; they work alongside ETRM systems (Endur, Allegro, CXL, Aspect, etc.), so this role is not to sell software to replace ETRM systems but to complement them and help with data extraction, reporting, etc. ETRM Sales Managers with a strong network in the region and a hunger to sell an innovative, Cloud/SaaS-based solution to their existing network would be very successful in this role.
They have grown by 300% in revenue year-on-year in North America and have further expanded into Europe and Singapore over the last 12 months through their US sales teams, but now need an on-the-ground Sales Manager to be present in Singapore to really grow their client base/revenue in Singapore and also the wider region.
This is very much a hands-on sales hunter role, with some existing client renewals, upselling, and cross-pollinating other Global clients in Singapore. You will be the sole Sales Manager in Singapore and will be working closely with an existing Singapore-based ETRM PreSales Lead who will work with you on preparing and delivering RFIs, RFPs, and demoing the ETRM software. The role is a stand-alone sales hunter role, so is NOT looking for a Sales Director; it's looking for someone very hands-on and keen to sell, make a lot of commission, and help them to grow their Singapore/APAC office and region.
Ideally, you will be currently or previously working for a rival E/CTRM software house or an energy trading data management, transaction surveillance, compliance, regulatory software business in a sales hunter role and eager to join a rapidly growing business. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, unicorn energy trading software business and run all sales in Singapore/APAC.
Salary: open but circa 150-200k SGD basic + individual uncapped commission with 100% OTE + benefits
It is essential that you are currently based in or happy to relocate to Singapore, although you will have a lot of flexible working/home working in this role, and you will ideally have a passport or visa allowing you to live and work in Singapore.
