Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the showflat and sales office, ensuring smooth and professional presentation at all times.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the showflat to provide an excellent experience for visitors and clients.
Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including the Option to Purchase and other sales-related paperwork.
Manage and respond to sales inquiries, coordinate and conduct site viewings, and attend to VIP clients.
Provide after-sales support and handle general administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Conduct property market research and support the preparation of market analysis reports.
Collaborate with Joint Marketing Agencies (JMAs) to generate leads and support efforts to achieve sales targets.
Carry out other duties and assignments as required by the team or management.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days on weekdays).
Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level qualifications; candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Entry-level candidates and recent polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive work attitude.
Additional:
Working hours: 10am to 7pm.
1 Weekday off and 1 alternate weekend off.
