Short Video Editing Director

Job Description:

1. Responsible for editing video content for platforms like TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Video Channels, and completing the final cut of videos.

2. Oversee the overall creative concept, use of shots, duration, pacing, animation, visual quality, color, and music for short videos, with a good sense of cinematography.

3. Organize video materials as needed, handle post-editing, audio, color correction, text animation, and composite output.

4. Possess graphic design skills to complete tasks including video covers, visual elements, and packaging.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).

2. Skilled in candid video editing, with a good sense of video aesthetics, creative thinking, and an innovative mindset.

3. Strong aesthetic sense for video quality, understanding of cinematography, and expertise in click-through recommendation.

4. Strong communication skills, clear thinking, and the ability to understand needs quickly.
