Shop Supervisor

The Kosher Shop Supervisor provides general support in online shop operations, and the general tasks and duties in the shop. This position is based in the store - Not a work-from-home position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operations of the online kosher shop
• Online customer service: answering phone and online queries and taking orders; online payment and complaints handling;
• Pack goods for online orders
• Oversee goods delivery and coordinate with internal and external delivery providers to ensure smooth deliveries to customers
• Cover Cashier and Shop Assistant when needed
• Assist in general tasks and duties in the kosher shop
• Any other duties given

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related work experience as a retail/sales associate
• Minimum high school education
• Fluency in English
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Word and Excel)
• Cashier operating knowledge and skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
