As a member of THE Alliance Coordination Centre (THE ACC), you play an important role in managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with our shipping alliances. You are to coordinate effectively with our alliance partners to ensure seamless operations, optimise shipping routes, and enhance service offerings. You are expected to analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and communications with alliance partners.
Monitor and optimize shipping routes and schedules.
Analyse performance data and generate reports for management.
Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Support the negotiation and implementation of alliance agreements.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or any other related field.
At least three (3) years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related industry with experience in network planning preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin to facilitate discussions and negotiations with alliance partner members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
