Shipping Executive | Trading MNC | Letter of credit

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for day-to-day management of trade operations
2. Monitoring the progress of the issuance of shipping documents
3. Review and match purchase and sales contracts including checking on prices, shipment period, terms and conditions
4. Preparation of sales and purchase contracts and ensure terms are per trade done
5. Working closely with traders on all sales and purchase orders
6. Handling shipping documents with suppliers and shipping lines
7. Check, verify and prepare full set of documentations and delivery orders for containers/bulk shipments in accordance with L/Cs and contract terms, including follow up on L/C confirmations and discrepancies
8. LC preparation and negotiation
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Min diploma holder and above
2. At least 3 years of related shipping working experience from trading industry
3. Experience in Letter of Credit required
