Shipping Executive (Import/ Export/ $3000/ West)

Job Scope:

1. Manage inbound and outbound shipments for various products and destinations.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders (Sea or Air) and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Schedule shipments with overseas suppliers and buyers.
4. Input supplier invoices into the system.
5. Prepare export shipping documents with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
6. Ensure customs clearance follows regulations.
7. Assist in supervising warehouse activities, including receiving, loading/unloading, inventory management, and costing.
