Shipping Associate - SG Based

Our client is seeking an experienced associate for their expanding Marine & International Trade team. The role involves advising on shipping, shipbuilding, and offshore disputes, as well as non-contentious work.

Responsibilities:

• Research, draft documentation, manage cases, and liaise with clients.
• Develop a network of contacts and foster client relationships.
• Attend BD events and supervise junior staff

Qualifications:

• 4 - 7 PQE in shipping and commodity disputes.
• English law qualification preferred, other common law qualifications acceptable.
• Mandarin capability desirable but not a requirement.
• Resilient, self-starter, able to work independently and within a team.
