Shift Facility Technician

Job Descriptions

1. Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical/Mechanical).
2. Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
3. To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
4. Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns efficiently.
5. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Report any fault issues to the supervisor.
6. Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
7. Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
8. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company.
2. Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Building/Facility Management or maintenance.
