Description

We are looking for several Shared Accountants - Young Graduates, with permanent positions to grow our office in Singapore.

Your mission

• Prepare invoice booking and help Accounting Specialist to manage account payable;
• Prepare and arrange payments for invoices according to the group policies;
• Record customer receipts and assist to prepare account receivable aging reports;
• Perform bank reconciliation and input bank transactions;
• Review and verify employee expenses claim report and do the reimbursements;
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned;
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
• Assist Accounting Specialist in the preparation of monthly/yearly GL closings;
• Assist the team about annual audit and other local statutory reporting (e.g. VAT);
• Assist with other accounting projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in accounting, finance or relevant field;
• Last year of study, internships, or young graduate;
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices;
• Good organizing abilities and communication skills;
• Great attention to detail;
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP, SAGE, Kyriba, Concur);
• Fluent in English; speaking German, French, Spanish and other languages are an advantage.
