SG Only! Warehouse Lead (Exp in Supervising/VB/Macpherson/Class 3 license)

Responsibilities:

1. Planning delivery routes and preparing items for both customer deliveries and collections.
2. Picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities.
3. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
4. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
5. Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
6. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling, storage requirements, and inventory management.
7. Managing any other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
2. Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
3. Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
4. Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
