SG Only! Warehouse Lead (Exp in Supervising/VB/East/SG Class 3 License)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
2. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
3. Plan delivery routes and prepare items for both customer deliveries and collections.
4. Perform picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities.
5. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
6. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling, storage requirements, and inventory management.
7. Manage any other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment.
2. Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Proficient in computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS).
4. Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
5. Forklift license and Singapore class 3 driving license are added advantages.
