Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures related to warehouse activities.
• Implement 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Carry out warehousing tasks such as inbound, outbound, and cycle counting in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform visual inspections and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
• Assist the Supervisor in meeting all required KPIs.
• Handle general warehousing responsibilities, including ensuring database accuracy, stocktaking, material handling, and document control.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and support their implementation.
• Strive for continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.
• Able to lift goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of related experience
• PC literate, preferably familiar with Warehouse Management System
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.
