SG Only! Senior Supervisor, Executive (Warehouse ops/Supervising / Bonus / East)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics/Distribution operations meet customer expectations.
2. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
3. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Tally inventory with Singapore customs record, ensuring accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
5. Support the team with daily reporting such as inventory reports and warehouse/distribution tracking reports.
6. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS).
