SG Only! Senior Supervisor, Executive (Warehouse ops/Supervising / Bonus / East)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
2. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
3. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Tally inventory with Singapore custom records, products inventory, and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
5. Support team on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse, and distribution tracking report.
6. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.
