Responsible for performing as the team lead on project delivery in development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients across various platform workflows:
Workflow for IT Technology: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and AIOps
Workflow for Employees and Customers: HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM
IRM/GRC, or Integrated Risk Management
App Engine and Integration Hub as part of the creator workflow
Prepare technical specifications as required deliverables.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code along with guiding the project team and client in completing the UAT.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with clients.
Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
Hands-on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflows.
