Job description

Responsible for performing as the team lead on project delivery in development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients across various platform workflows:

  • Workflow for IT Technology: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and AIOps
  • Workflow for Employees and Customers: HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM
  • IRM/GRC, or Integrated Risk Management
  • App Engine and Integration Hub as part of the creator workflow
  • Prepare technical specifications as required deliverables.
  • Provide oversight and unit testing of code along with guiding the project team and client in completing the UAT.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with clients.
  • Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflows.
