About the job ServiceNow Technical Architect

The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for the new technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform based on transformation roadmap and initiatives. This role involves designing solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance, and integrating the platform with other systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities to drive automation and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform to enhance functionality and optimize business processes.
  • Technical Design & Implementation: Drive new enhancements and implement solutions to uplift the ServiceNow platform based on transformation roadmap, business strategies, key stakeholders, and user requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions, configurations, and integrations.
  • Integration & Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other applications and platforms, and automate key processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Best Practices & Standards: Advocate for and implement ServiceNow best practices and methodologies to ensure high-quality solutions that comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Lead and oversee integration testing to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Support & Maintenance: Continuously monitor platform performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work closely with different teams to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions and promote effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and provide technical leadership within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration, with a focus on technical architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives to drive ServiceNow transformation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, modules, and best practices, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or related certifications highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving integration and compatibility issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information and ideas to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.
