What you will do:

Troubleshoots more basic issues and follows protocol to escalate inquiries and issues. Tests systems to ensure proper function and documents events thoroughly. Opens and closes service tickets as required to appropriately bill the customer.

How you will do it:

1. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints including on-site calls. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
2. Manage activities involving service vendors & sub-contractors on work progress to ensure quality standard.
3. Provide technical advice and assistance for any technical & after-sales service inquiries.
4. Perform troubleshooting, repair, parts replacement for all in & out warranty air-conditioner systems.

What we look for:

1. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience preferably in air-conditioning related industry.
2. Basic technical knowledge of air-conditioner systems.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical / Electrical / Control Engineering or related discipline.
5. Training will be provided.
