Responsibilities

Service Technician/Engineer (HVAC/Chiller) - East Region

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and chillers to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.

• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and chiller systems, including compressors, pumps, fans, and controls.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all equipment serviced.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards during all work activities.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Service Technician/Installer (Digital Lock) - North Region

• Perform installation of digital locks and laundry racks (training provided).

• Respond promptly to emergency service and rectification requests.

• Ensure all daily installations are completed according to schedule.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.

• Carry out any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidate with HVAC and chiller experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with digital lock or laundry rack installation experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with Class 3 license are welcome to apply. (Digital Lock)
