Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide Professional Repair Service to assist customers with technical consultation & advise on proper usage of company power tools.
2. Ensure smooth workflow & cleanliness of the Service Centre at all times.
3. Responsible for completion of repaired tools in accordance with the company timeline.
4. Execute repairs on as many tools as possible daily (Work as a Team).
5. Ensure all repaired tools are completed professionally.
6. Continuously learn new product repair skills.
7. Conduct detailed checks & diagnose customer repair tool complaints.
8. Regularly check & execute on customer confirmed repair jobs in the system on a daily basis.
9. Prepare repair tool quotations after admin staff have registered them into the ResQ system.
10. Ensure all confirmed repair tools are completed as soon as possible.
11. Prepare Repair Worksheets upon completion of repair tools.
12. Inform workshop admin about spare parts to be ordered if insufficient or in low stock quantity.
13. Arrange orders for spare parts for tools waiting on parts as soon as possible.
14. Monitor & inform customers about the estimated delivery date for tools waiting on spare parts.
15. Ensure all waiting for spare parts tools are executed once parts are received.
16. Perform any other tasks instructed by a superior.

Requirements:

1. Nitec in Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of hands-on repairing experience with power tools.
3. Customer service and technical competency.
