We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our lighting team. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting products and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Installation & Setup:
Install lighting fixtures, fittings, and smart lighting systems at customer sites
Ensure safe and accurate electrical connections according to local regulations
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on lighting systems
Diagnose and resolve technical faults related to LED drivers, wiring, control systems, etc.
Customer Service:
Attend to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical advice or demonstrations on lighting usage and features
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
Ensure all jobs are completed with high workmanship and safety standards
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and customer feedback reports
Support Sales & Projects Team:
Assist in showroom setups, lighting mockups, and on-site project testing when required
Provide technical input for product improvement and customer feedback
Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in lighting or electrical servicing preferred
Basic knowledge of LED systems, smart lighting, wiring, and control systems
Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage
Comfortable with hands-on work and traveling to customer sites
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
