Job description

Job Description:

  • Resolving technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Assist in overseeing the project, planning, and ensuring the timely completion of the project.
  • Provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the technical post-sales of IoT services lead deals by our sales, solutions, and product team.
  • Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams.
  • Other duties as directed by the Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Basic Electrical & Electronic Knowledge
  2. Basic Computer knowledge
  3. Min. Qualification ITE/ Poly Diploma
  4. Training Provided
  5. Vehicle license will be an advantage
