Job Summary:

Full-time hours. Looking for candidates who are available to work any time. Working rights required for this role. This job requires an immediate start.

You will perform service work for Robe Lighting's product ranges and those of our subsidiaries such as ANOLIS and LSC. This includes maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs through electrical or mechanical work on our various products. You will, of course, also receive regular training for this. Only applicants with CV will be reviewed.

Responsibilities:

1. Fault analysis, repair, and maintenance of Robe products and its subsidiaries
2. Preparation of cost estimates and offers
3. Documentation of the completed work

Requirements:

• Ideally, a completed technical training in the electrical or event sector, such as an event technology specialist, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, or similar; career changers willing to learn are also welcome.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Self-motivated and good organisational skills
• Willing to adopt and learn from different perspectives
• Customer-oriented service solutions with excellent customer service
• Able to adopt proper WSH procedures
• Industry knowledge of event technology is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar
• IT and Networking knowledge
• Fluent written and spoken English. Further languages are an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
• Lighting design and programming skills are an advantage
